I teach people how to harness the potential of this powerful tool—our breath, which we all have unlimited access to 24/7. I conduct online workshops and breathwork sessions, both group and individual.

My mission is to raise awareness about the potential of breathwork as a tool that everyone has access to 24 hours a day, and to teach breathing techniques that can tangibly and significantly improve the quality of life in all its aspects, including health, emotions, relationships, and career. I trained directly under Jon Paul Crimi, one of the most renowned breathwork teachers in the world and a coach to celebrities like Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez, and Owen Wilson. I also trained under Patrick McKeown, a world-class expert in breathing techniques, a promoter of the Buteyko method, the author of numerous books on breathwork, and the creator of the Oxygen Advantage program.
